Welcome to Aspire Health International. By registering an account, purchasing a subscription tier, or accessing our clinical question banks, CAT testing engines, and video lecture curricula, you agree to enter into a legally binding contract under these Terms of Service.

1. Individual Educational License Grant

Aspire Health International grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access and review our educational curricula solely for personal healthcare licensing preparation. Commercial exploitation, group screenings, institutional re-broadcasting, or curriculum scraping is strictly prohibited.

2. Single-Device Binding & Anti-Sharing Policy

Each candidate account is restricted to one active hardware device. Sharing login credentials with other individuals, study groups, or tutoring centers is a direct breach of this Agreement. If our security telemetry detects concurrent logins from unauthorized devices, the system automatically revokes active sessions and may flag the account for administrative review.

3. Intellectual Property, Anti-Piracy & DRM

All text, practice questions, rationales, clinical diagrams, ECG strips, video lectures, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Aspire Health International. Unauthorized screen capture, digital recording, downloading, or distribution of protected content violates international copyright law and results in immediate account termination without refund and possible legal action.

4. Subscription Durations & Expiration Lifecycles

Subscription access is strictly term-based according to the package duration selected at checkout (e.g., 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days). Access initiates upon verified payment receipt. Upon expiration of the designated term, access to premium question banks and video modules is automatically paused until an extension or renewal is acquired.

5. Trademark Notices

NCLEX-RN® and NCLEX-PN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN®). USMLE® is a registered trademark of the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) and the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME). DHA is a trademark of the Dubai Health Authority. None of these regulatory bodies are affiliated with, endorse, or sponsor Aspire Health International.
